The Site is operated by Gridware Cybersecurity Pty Limited (Gridware) (ABN 19 617 435 711), and Wedgex is a product of Gridware. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

The Wedgex product
The Site describes the Wedgex product. Access to and use of the Wedgex product itself is governed by a separate written agreement between you, or the organisation you represent, and Gridware. These Terms of Use govern only your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control or endorse those websites, and we are not responsible for their content or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridware excludes all representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied, in relation to the Site.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
